Most recently, he served in senior leadership roles at Persistent Systems, including Chief
of Staff to the Chief Delivery Officer and Global Delivery Head for Salesforce, Data and UX.
In these roles, he enabled operations for a $500M+ business, strengthened revenue
predictability, improved delivery governance, enhanced customer satisfaction frameworks,
and scaled global practices. Earlier, he led the business unit, growing it into a $100M+
practice with consistent double-digit growth while improving employee retention and
operational efficiency.
Prior to Persistent, he held leadership roles at Infosys, where he managed global delivery
programs and strategic accounts, building strong client partnerships, and delivering complex
transformation initiatives at scale. Most recently, Shailesh founded SPArK Partners where he
advises growth-stage organizations and startups on scaling operations and predictable
revenue growth.
In his role as President, he will lead the Global Delivery Organization at Nice. He will focus
on strengthening delivery excellence, expanding Data and AI capabilities, enhancing
partnership ecosystems, and building strong enabling functions across HR, RMG, Talent
Acquisition, Admin, and IT. He will work closely with the CEO and Sales leadership to refine
go-to-market execution, improve revenue predictability, and drive sustainable, long-term
growth.
